1 Services & Service Area
Pure Air Atlanta provides professional HVAC cleaning, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, chimney cleaning, duct sealing, air purification, mold remediation in HVAC systems, AC repair, AC replacement, furnace repair, and furnace replacement services.
We serve homeowners and businesses throughout Metro Atlanta, Georgia, including but not limited to: Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Smyrna, Kennesaw, Decatur, Cumming, Douglasville, Lawrenceville, and Greenbrier.
- All service requests must be confirmed via phone or our online contact form before a technician is dispatched.
- We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
- Service availability may vary based on technician scheduling and geographic location.
2 Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability and confirmed by Pure Air Atlanta via phone or email. A booking is not confirmed until you receive explicit confirmation from our team.
- Same-day and next-day appointments are subject to availability.
- We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed-upon time window. Delays due to traffic, prior jobs running long, or weather will be communicated as soon as possible.
- Pure Air Atlanta reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather, technician illness, or circumstances beyond our control.

3 Estimates & Pricing
Pure Air Atlanta provides free in-home assessments and written estimates prior to beginning any work. Estimates are based on initial inspection conditions. Final pricing may change if:
- The scope of work discovered during the service differs from what was visible during the initial assessment.
- Additional ductwork, vents, or system components not disclosed at the time of estimate require service.
- Access to certain areas of the property is restricted or requires additional labor.
- Material or equipment costs change due to market conditions after the estimate is issued.
Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated to the customer and require approval before additional work proceeds. We do not charge hidden fees.
4 Payments
Payment is due in full at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the appointment.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved electronic payment methods.
- For commercial or large-scale projects, a deposit or payment schedule may be arranged in advance.
- Invoices not paid at time of service are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- Returned checks will incur a $35 returned check fee in addition to the outstanding balance.
β οΈ Pure Air Atlanta does not store credit card information on our servers. All payment processing is handled by secure, PCI-compliant third-party processors.
5 Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. We ask for reasonable notice so we can accommodate other customers.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: No charge. You may reschedule free of charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: A cancellation fee of $50 may apply to cover technician dispatch costs.
- No-shows: If a technician arrives at the scheduled location and no one is available to provide access, a trip fee of $75 may be charged.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost.

6 Property Access & Customer Responsibilities
To perform services safely and effectively, customers are responsible for the following:
- Providing safe, unobstructed access to all areas of the HVAC system, ductwork, dryer vents, or other areas requiring service.
- Disclosing any known hazards on the property including asbestos, mold, structural issues, or aggressive animals.
- Ensuring that a responsible adult (18 years or older) is present on the property for the duration of the service.
- Securing pets in a separate area of the property for the safety of technicians and animals.
- Moving any furniture, appliances, or items blocking access to vents, registers, or equipment.
Pure Air Atlanta is not responsible for delays or incomplete service caused by inaccessible areas, undisclosed hazards, or failure to meet these responsibilities.
7 Limitation of Liability
Pure Air Atlanta carries full general liability insurance. However, to the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage to ductwork, HVAC systems, appliances, or structures that was present before our technician arrived.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific service.
- Pure Air Atlanta is not liable for any system malfunction resulting from customer misuse, DIY modifications, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations provided at the time of service.
π‘οΈ Pure Air Atlanta is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the State of Georgia. Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
8 User Conduct & Website Use
