– HVAC system cleaning and maintenance
All service requests must be confirmed by our team before a booking is finalized. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any service at our discretion.
– Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by a Pure Air Atlanta representative.
– If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
– We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible.
– All estimates provided are approximate and subject to change based on the actual condition of your system, property access, and scope of work discovered on-site.
– A final quote will be provided before work begins.
– Additional charges may apply for severely clogged ducts, extra vents, or services not included in the original estimate.
– Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– We accept [cash / credit card / check — update as needed].
– Pure Air Atlanta takes pride in the quality of our work.
– If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no extra cost.
– Our guarantee covers the quality of cleaning work performed. It does not cover pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or issues unrelated to our service.
– Any “lifetime guarantee” applies specifically to our workmanship and will be honored under normal use conditions.
To ensure a safe and effective service, customers must:
– Provide safe and clear access to all vents, ducts, and HVAC system areas before the technician arrives.
– Inform us in advance of any pets, children, or persons with health conditions who may be affected during service.
– Disclose any known issues with the HVAC system, such as mold, prior damage, or pest infestations.
– Ensure an adult (18+) is present during the service.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
Pure Air Atlanta shall not be held liable for:
– Pre-existing damage to ductwork, HVAC systems, or property that was not caused by our technicians.
– Damage resulting from inaccessible or improperly installed duct systems.
– Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
– Delays or service interruptions caused by weather, emergencies, or events beyond our control.
Our total liability in any claim related to our services all not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
